Design Features
Characteristics:
FG Series nozzle is a fine mist nozzle made of 316 stainless steel, which consists of body, cap, spray disc and filter head. And it has a built-in guide flow vane and anti-drip device to avoid water dripping at low pressure. When the pressure is below 15 bar, the nozzle stops working, and when the pressure exceeds 25 bar, the nozzle starts spraying.
Compared to the FD, FE and FF Series, besides different the thread size and body, the FG nozzle also has a larger ceramic spray disc. Ceramic material has a higher finish than stainless steel, and the liquid has a stronger pass rate at the same pressure.
FG Series nozzle, is widely used in greenhouse humidification and cooling, under the supply of high-quality water, the service life can be up to 6 years. And we are available to order the components to replace the old ones, including ceramic spray disc, anti-drip valves, filter plug, guide flow vane, etc.
