Does RELAB Accept to Prepay the Deposit?

A prepayment is made when a selling company receives payment from a buyer before the seller has shipped goods or provided services to the buyer.

Prepayment can happen when a buyer wants preferred treatment for an order, or when the seller refuses to extend credit to a buyer, or when the buyer is on the cash basis of accounting and wants to record an expense early by paying early.

To provide the best order service, we have different requirements for customers' payment:

  1. 100% Full payment before delivery below $10,000.00.
  2. Prepay 60% as the deposite, T/T 40% the balance before delivery for the goods value below $20,000.00.
  3. Prepay 50% as the deposite, T/T 50% the balance before delivery for the goods value over $20,000.00.
  4. Prepay 40% as the deposite, L/C 60% the balance before delivery for the goods value over $50,000.00.

Besides T/T and L/C, we also accept the payment credit card or Paypal. But please inquire about them in advance, because we can't accept the credit card directly, and need to be supported by other platforms.
