Design Features

Characteristics:

FG Series nozzle is a fine fog nozzle made of 316 stainless steel, which consists of body, cap, spray disc and filter plug. And it has a built-in guide-flow vane and anti-drip device to avoid water dripping at low pressure. When the pressure is below 15 bar, the nozzle stops working, and when the pressure exceeds 25 bar, the nozzle starts spraying. We recommend a minimum operating pressure of 40 bar to achieve optimal spray results.

The unique design of the FG fog nozzle provides a special usage condition, allowing it to operate under a working pressure of 100-120 bar. For large areas, longer pipes will cause pressure drop, affecting the overall spray effect. However, after enhancing the pressure, ordinary mist nozzles cannot withstand such high pressure, and this enhanced FG fog nozzle was born in response to the needs of the times.

Misting and Humidification in Greenhouse

Misting and Humidification in Greenhouse

Mist systems are an important part of any greenhouse operation, as they play a vital role in the production of both seed and vegetative plant material. Their fundamental purpose is to deliver an intermittent source of water in low volumes to plant material being vegetatively propagated or to seeds being germinated. Mist systems, when compared to irrigation systems, typically deliver a smaller particle of water for shorter intervals of time. Depending on how a mist system is used and the type of crop it’s being used on, the crop’s production period can either be accelerated or sl ...

Humidification for Mushroom Growth

Humidification for Mushroom Growth

Mushrooms are moisture-loving creatures, and all stages of growth are inseparable from humidity. Therefore, from spore germination to harvesting, a certain amount of water and relative air humidity are required. It can also be said that without water, there is no life. If the air is dry, its growth rate and output will be affected, so it is necessary to humidify the mushroom house at this time. In this way, the air humidity can be increased, thereby promoting the growth of mushrooms and improving the benefits of mushrooms. ...

FAQs

Water Quality Requirements for Misting System

The working principle of the high-pressure misting system is the industrial plunger water pump pressurizes the purified and filtered clean water to 70 bar/1000 psi, and transports it to a mist nozzle through high-pressure pipes, then the high-pressure water is sprayed out from the specially designed holes of the nozzles and atomized into mist droplets with a diameter of 5-20μm, are sprayed into the air. These spray particles can increase air humidity, eliminate static electricity, reduce dust, and lower temperature. In addition, adding disinfectant to the water tank also play the role of ...

Why are RELAB's Fine Mist Nozzles Removable?

Our fine mist nozzles are removable, which means that the nozzle cap and spray disc can be separated for cleaning and replacement. There are many integrated stainless steel fine mist nozzles on the market, that is, directly drill a small hole in front of the nozzle, while RELAB's mist nozzles, the cap and spray disc can be separated, and the hole is drilled directly into a removable sheet. So the material of spray discs can choose ceramic, stainless steel and ruby to meet the needs of different customers. ...
