Design Features

Characteristics:

This is a black nylon coil made of PA6 raw material, which is widely used in high-pressure spray systems. It has excellent mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, as well as good chemical resistance and electrical insulation, making it ideal for high-pressure misting systems.

The core advantage of Relab’s nylon tube is that it can withstand  working pressures of 100 bar or even higher, and is especially suitable for high-pressure fluid transportation scenarios thanks to the high toughness and creep resistance of PA6 material.

Compared with HDPE tube, this nylon tube has better mechanical properties, stronger pressure resistance, and its excellent resistance to acid, alkali, lubricating oil and inorganic salt corrosion, adapts to harsh environments, has a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 130°C), and has a slow aging rate.

When the nylon tube is assembled with a slip lock/push-in fitting, it is recommended to use a special chamfering knife to chamfer and deburr both ends of the cut tube, and the width should not exceed 2.5mm. The inverted tube can pass through the O-ring in the fitting more smoothly, avoiding installation failure and water leakage. If you have problems with the installation, you can always consult us.
