Design Features
Characteristics:
FG Series nozzle is a fine fog nozzle made of 316 stainless steel, which consists of body, cap, spray disc and filter plug. And it has a built-in guide-flow vane and anti-drip device to avoid water dripping at low pressure. When the pressure is below 15 bar, the nozzle stops working, and when the pressure exceeds 25 bar, the nozzle starts spraying.
The FG ceramic fog nozzle is an enhanced nozzle with a larger 316 stainless steel body, larger ceramic disc, larger seal ring, and larger filter plug. These configurations provide it with a special usage condition, allowing it to operate under a working pressure of 100-120 bar. For large areas, longer pipes will cause pressure drop, affecting the overall spray effect. However, after enhancing the pressure, ordinary mist nozzles cannot withstand such high pressure, and this enhanced FG fog nozzle was born in response to the needs of the times.
FG fog nozzle, is widely used in precise humidity control in greenhouse,cigarette factories and textile workshops, under the supply of high-quality water, the service life can be up to 6 years. And we are available to order the components to replace the old ones, including ceramic spray disc, anti-drip valves, filter plug, guide flow vane, etc.
FD Cleanable Ceramic Mist Nozzle
Model FD is a common high pressure mist nozzle. Its open pressure is 20 bar due to an internal anti-drip valve. Model FD-CE is a ceramic orifice nozzle without the filter. The construction is the same as FD-SS model, except for the orifice.
