Design Features
Characteristics:
FI-CE Series is a high pressure fine mist nozzle with a ceramic spray disc. This FI mist nozzle has the same structure as other FD Series, the difference is that the nozzle cap is a hexagon, which adapts to scenes of installation and disassembly, and there is a longer taper at the bottom of the nozzle body, which can be more flexibly matched with other 3-nozzle cluster, 4-nozzle cluster, 5-nozzle cluster and 6-nozzle cluster, and it is more convenient to hang the mist line in a large area.
The nozzle contains an anti-drip device and stainless steel guide-flow vane, and the liquid flows at high speed under a water pressure of 30 bar~80 bar to form a centrifugal vortex in the guide vanes, ejecting extremely fine hollow fog particles from the nozzle.
The FI mist nozzle cap and hole are separated which is convenient for users to choose stainless steel discs, ceramic discs, or ruby discs.
The advantages and disadvantages of the three types of spray discs are as follows:
- Stainless steel disc: It has a more uniform spray effect and strong cold resistance;
- Ceramic disc: It has a higher smoothness and lower adhesion to scale, which not easy to produce scale, but it is not resistant to low temperature, and it is easy to burst below zero.
- Ruby discs: It has the highest glossiness and wear resistance, the fog droplet running speed is fast, and the air absorbs the fog droplet faster, which is suitable for indoor air humidification and adjustment, but it also not resistant to low temperature.
The FI mist nozzle does not require air assistance, which is a hydraulic atomization nozzle. Since this nozzle does not have a filter plug, the minimum orifice is only recommended to be 0.2mm. All water sources supplied to fine mist nozzles must be filtered by a 5~10 micron filter. In addition, groundwater must be softened.
The FI mist nozzle is made of nickel plated brass, 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel materials on request, which effectively meets the requirements of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance and so on. The stainless steel nozzle is machined from bar-shaped material, which is removable, cleanable, durable, and has a service life of 2.5 times that of brass.
