Mini Screw VS. Cup-head Screw

RELAB's 500 series fittings are a set-screw high-pressure misting fittings. These fittings use an M5 mini screw to press the steel pipe, and the inside of the fittings is sealed with an O-ring. This mini screw has a tapered tip to reduce its contact surface, which can quickly and easily press the steel pipe with less force.
Compared with the cup-head screw, after the taper tip screw is stuck in the steel pipe, there will be no excess part exposed, and the cup-head screw will have a large cup head left outside, and the cup-head screw can not be completely screwed to the bottom, there will often be a gap of 2mm. The mini screw will not have these problems, and the weight of the mini screw is only 1/3 of the cup-head screw, which can save space and weight and save freight for customers.
