5-nozzle Cluster

Characteristics:

The 5-nozzle cluster is a 5-way misting joint designed with a one-in, five-out structure that can connect with five mist nozzles at the same time and spray in five different directions. The nozzle is available in a variety of threads: 10/24, 12/24, W3/16, M5 and 1/8".

This 5-nozzle cluster is available in brass or stainless steel with a screw-on interface to ensure no leakage after diverting and the inlet seal can withstand long-term water pressure changes. Its inlet thread is available:  10/24, 12/24, W3/16, M5, 1/8, 1/4 or 3/8. If there are special needs, you can contact us, just the larger thread may cause its volume to increase.

No professional tools are required for installation, just manual tightening. This 5-nozzle cluster can be used with the 701 one-nozzle union or extension rod to enhance the spray effect. During installation, the threads at the connection must be tightly sealed, otherwise the sealing ring will be exposed under the impact of high pressure during long-term operation, resulting in water leakage. The five mist nozzles can be screwed on the joint first, and then the 5-nozzle cluster can be screwed to the spray line.

In addition to the existing shape, this 5-nozzle cluster is also customizable. In structurally, it can be made into two-piece style. The inlet connection method can also be customized as thread compression, slip lock or set-screw type to directly connect with the tubes, welcome to consult and negotiate.
