Design Features
Characteristics:
This flexible extension rod is made by welding with two brass threaded joints and a section of purple copper pipe. Stainless steel 304/316 can also be selected according to the requirements.
The extension rod with purple copper pipe can be bent into different shapes, which can effectively adjust the spray direction, angle and distance of the mist nozzle.
The extension rods produced by RELAB adopt precise automatic welding technology, with uniform and beautiful welds, no pores, and withstand a water pressure of 70 bar, with good sealing effect. Its thread can be selected from the common mist nozzle thread 10/24, 12/24, W3/16, M5, etc., It can be customized into other threads such as M6, M8, 1/8 etc. according to the requirements.
Construction:
- Multi-piece welded rod and no internal part;
- The threaded joints are machined from bar stock;
- Standard materials are brass, SS304 and SS316;
- Total length is optional from 2" to 24" on request;
- All models are available in 10/24, 12/24, M5 and 3/16 threads.
