This welding socket is precisely machined from 304 stainless steel round bar stock, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and structural strength, ensuring long-term operation in high-pressure atomization systems.
The entrance of the welding socket adopts a semicircular arc design, precisely fitting standard mist tubes of 3/8"(9.5mm), achieving seamless welding connection. It can also be customized to weld on 10mm, 12mm steel pipes.
The top thread is suitable for regular mist nozzles, which can made for 10/24, 12/24, and M5 according to the requirements. It supports direct welding to steel pipes or mist rings, offering convenient installation and superior sealing performance.
