Wide-angle Flat Fan Nozzles
Wide-angle flat fan nozzles produce a wide-angle flat jet pattern with medium impact. A round orifice is large, unobstructed flow passages minimize clogging problems with flood jet. The wide angle flat fan nozzles are also suited for use with air and steam. The nozzle offers a precision-machined deflector surface which provides dependable, accurate control of deflection and spray angle. Wide angle flat fan nozzles work on the deflection principle conveying a water vein onto a machined deflection surface, and produce a jet with a wide angle flat spray pattern, medium impact value and medium size droplets. Their round outlet orifice and unobstructed inside passage minimize plugging risks.
CK Wide-angle Flat Fan Nozzle
Model CK is deflector-type design producing spray at 75° spray angle from inlet orifice. It features a wide angle coverage and medium impact value at low pressures. The tapered inlet and circular orifice are designed for better resistance to clogging.
