Wide-angle Full Cone Nozzles
The wide-angle solid cone nozzle produces a solid cone spray shape with a spray angle typically between 120°-140°. The spray shape is solid conical and the spray area is round or square for uniform coverage in the target area, with medium to large droplet sizes, thanks to the blade design and internal runner optimization to ensure consistent performance. The structure supports removable blades and caps, which are easy to access and clean, and do not need to disassemble the nozzle body, reducing maintenance time and costs. It is widely used in industrial fields, such as automotive manufacturing (parts cleaning, rust inhibitor spraying), aerospace (cooling of high-temperature components, spraying of protective coatings), electronics industry (circuit board cleaning, spraying of conductive materials), and chemical fields.
BA-W Wide Full Cone Nozzle
Model BA-W is a short head design with a parallel pipe thread. It is more suitable for tight headroom as same as model BA. Multi-grooved vane design produces a uniform spray effect and standard spray angle.

Model BB-W is a common wide-spray full cone nozzle. It has a built-in X-style vane, which can better reduce clogging. If you want a wide angle and small flow full cone nozzle, the BB-W style is the best choice.

BK-W Wide-angle Square Nozzle
