A Series: Hollow Cone Nozzles
The model A/AA hollow cone nozzles produce a tangential-flow spray type, and have a 90º spray angle from the inlet axis and removable cap. Axial-flow hollow cone nozzles utilize a spiral grooves in the swirl inserts ensure an efficient whirling of the liquid, and produce a fine and uniform drop particles. The hollow cone nozzles are used in the washing cooling of air and gas, dust control, surface treatment, humidification and chemical processes.

Type A is a tangential-flow hollow cone nozzle with a female thread body, which is a combination of two pieces. The range of flow rate is from 0.32LPM to 78LPM at 2 bar. It delivers a standard spray angles of 55°~90° at 2 bar.

AB Hollow Cone Nozzle
Model AB produces a very fine hollow cone spray pattern, spray direction is in line with the inlet pipe. The machined inside vane has two precision machined spiral grooves, which produces a wide range of capacities starting from very low values.

AC Short Hollow Cone Nozzle
Model AC is a cutty head nozzle with a parallel pipe thread. The thread size is available from 1/4 up to 1 inch. Easy to install in a small space. An O-ring or gasket is required to seal. Available to use a welding base to connect it with pipe.
