Ceramic-orifice Fine Mist Nozzles
The ceramic-orifice fine mist nozzles, consist of cap, ceramic spray plate, guide-flow vane, anti-drip valve, and main body. Materials can choose brass plating, 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel. Compared with stainless steel spray plate, the ceramic material on the wear-resistant, higher surface finish, and ceramic is less prone to scale, low surface adhesion. These advantages can make the ceramic mist nozzle service life longer. When the temperature is below zero in winter, the ceramic nozzle should be removed in time to prevent the ceramic from bursting at low temperatures.
