M Series: Fine-mist System Fittings
Fine-mist system fittings are a single-fluid hydraulic fitting that can be assembled with the fine mist nozzles and operate at 70 bar pressure. A variety of materials are available: Ni-brass, 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel. In addition to these fittings listed, we also customize some special fittings according to the requirements from customers.
One-nozzle Connector
Because of their unique internal structure and lock ring design, in the installation process, they do not need special hoisting, only need to fix the pipeline horizontally, which can save users 50% installation time.

Double-nozzle Connector
There are two nozzle threaded holes for the 701 double-jet fitting. The two threaded holes are angled 180° on both sides of the fitting, and the user can also choose 120° or 150° on request.

Slip Lock Union
Model 702 is a linear pipe coupling without thread hole. It is to connect two tubes of the same or different sizes to assist in extending the tube longer. The push lock union will become an end connector when you insert a plug into one end of it.

End Plug
This is an end plug, which has a prefabricated slot to secure the eight-jaw locking ring inside the slip lock fittings. It is compatible with other 700 series couplings. Insert it into one side of the couplings to quickly block a branch, such as tee.

Custom Plastic Misting Tubing
This is a fixed-length nylon or HDPE tubing. The length can be cut into different sizes according to customer requirements. The inlet of each section of the tubing is beveled with a special chamfering knife to remove burrs.

High Pressure HDPE Pipe
